Three months after exposure is when you can obtain a conclusive test result.

Just relax and test after 6 weeks for indication and 13 weeks for conclusive results..

refrain yourself from reading too much information from internet, most of which is not true.

Since anxiety can take toll and you will start to feel every symptoms of "FALSE ARS"

so move on your life, try to stay calm and test when time comes.. anxiety does not help or change the results..

Your CBCs don't mean squat when it comes to HIV. If you have a concern and want an explaination go back to your doctor and ask.

Like teak already told you....your CBC is NO indication of your HIV status.  You CANNOT determine HIV infection from regular blood work.  NONE of those numbers matter related to HIV.  The ONLY test that will tell you your status is an HIV test, which you have been advised when to test.  A test at 3 months post the exposure will give you a conclusive result.

Stay off the internet, you will only serve to increase your anxiety.  Pretty much EVERY "symptom" you described can be attributed to anxiety.  "Symptoms" are never ever a reliable indicator of infection...only a test will tell you that for sure.

You are grossly over-testing for this. In the UK, the DUO test is close to 100% accurate at 28 days- but I'm not sure what the accuracy is beyond that.

A negative Ab test now (7+ weeks) would make it _extremely_ unlikely you were infected, assuming your lab is using one of the more recent generation tests. As per other's recommendations, 12 weeks is universally recommended as conclusive, but don't expect that result to change.

Look buddy i can understand ur anxiety having gone through that phase myself. Symptoms dont mean any thing when dealing with hiv,
1.At first instance it appears as ars, but at ur anxiety levels it could be a false ars. to really conclude its a false ars . y need to be calm normal and non anxiuos about your status. thats the only way we can judje if it really is ars.
2.CSW have a high incidence of hiv, but cant conclude that  all are hiv infected only way to be sure is to be tested, you can ask the csw to be tested for the same that way if she is not infected and is clean with weekly or monthly tests (due to work hazards). u have a fair chance of knowing your status.
3.Dont engage in any sexual activity until your conclusive 3 month test (with out exposure in b/w that time).
4. 1 month to 6week CMIA - chemiluminisece micro particle immuno assay is a combo test checking for both antigens(virus particles) and antibodies(your ineffective body response to hiv) since its -ve u are more than 95% certain about your status.
5.you are right about the decrese in lymphocytes is a prognosis for hiv related infection.
6.Think over and ram this into your head unprotected sex or sexual acts are the prime cause for hiv infection.CSW have high incideince of these . RAM THIS TO UR HEAD AND MEND YOUR WAYS. PRACTICE MONOGAMY WITH NO INFECTEES.PROTECTED OR UNPROTECTED HAS RISK OF OTHER STDs AS WELL.
7.world over hiv infections in single penetrative sex is abysimally low. but risk is a risk.
8.Ponder over it , after 3 months conclusive -ve result u can think of marraige or if before (u need to be open about ur risk as well)as an option rather than csw.
Be safe let SEX that created this world not take it BACK from us.

we do not care what your lymphocytes count OR your cbc count is.  it is irrelevant in this case.
the only thing that we care about is that you test at the APPROPRIATE time stated above.  if you had unprotected vaginal sex...then you put yourself at risk and need to test.  no one here can tell you IF you were infected...only a test will do that.
