worried Sick and anxiety killing me

I m sick with anxiety because of an mistake of mine.
I m a married man with 5 year old.
I did 2 acts which are very shameful and I regret them, out of my guilt I have also told them to my wife and out of her love, she forgave me
On Sept 17th. I went to a massage parlor where I got massaged and may be I fingered the lady and she gave me a hand job.
On Oct 20th. I went to an escort from backpages.com and she gave me unprotected oral sex where I came in her mouth and I also licked her vagina for a minute. After the act I cleaned my penis with a wet towel. I didnt see any blood in my penis. When I was licking her vagina I didnt notice any blood and I m not sure if there any vaginal liquids, it was not more than 60-90 seconds. My oral health is not so great. I have no bleed gums or inflammation but 2 places where I broke my tooth near the gum but it is closed.
The next day, I got a sort of tingling feeling in my throat and my tongue had white all over it. Tonsils were not paining, I had no feve, i constantly checked if i had fever and it was always around 98.3 - 98.7. I took the HIV Oral swab test for Sept 17th incident and it came out negative, also took the antibody test from stdtestexpress and it also came out negative. After a week of the second incident, I started feeling kind of burning in my urnation and I went to medexpress and told the doctor, the doctor took a swab of the uretera and some urine and gave me Doxycline hyclate for 10 days. After 2 days the tests came out negative for Gonnorrhea, chlaymadia and UTI and when I asked medexpress, they said it is good to take the doxycline
In the meantime I called the escort and asked her if she had any diseases, she told me that she has none and she has kids and tested on Oct 1 and was negative for all( I m not able to believe)
About 5 days back, I started feeling kind of burning sensatiions in my skin and I read it can be to Doxycline but I was never out in the sun at all.
Yesterday, I found out that there is like a small pimple near my anal, I had my wife take a look and she said it look more like a pimple and not like a wart. I feel kind of pricking sensation.
Today is my 3rd week, should I go for PCR testing. Out of my anxiety I keep checking for every possible STD dieases, if my lips chap due to cold, I think it is Herpes, My wife says that if this goes on, I would surely kill myself due to stress and anxiety. I read a lot of your answers and other websites which says that Oral carries the least
For the past 2 days, my wife has had kind of sore throat and body pain. I m very afraid if I had given anything to her
I have 2 questions and I m sure your answers would help me feel better
1. Have you heard anyone who has got infected by HIV where they were given a fellatio or giving cunnilingus to a woman
2. Could I have given this to my wife, we didnt have any unprotected vaginal or anal sex but she might have given me a fellatio.
