why is oral sex not a risk and also how condom can help

hello eveyone
can someone please tell me why is oral sex not a risk of hiv and also how condom help?? also if a lube is used does that help too?

what is meant by condom correctly used??? i know only one way of using it putting it on? is there another way?? i m a bit confused about this

Oral sex is no risk for HIV infection because saliva renders the HIV inactive and unable to infect you,condoms if used correctly are 100% effective against HIV infection.If lubrication is used it makes sex easier & a condom less likely to break.
