Please Can someone say something?

Hey community members, about 6 weeks ago, had unprotected sex with a girl I had been seeing for 3 months. The girl tested neg at 4 weeks using 4th Gen DUO. I tested neg at 3 weeks using 4th Gen Duo too all these after exposure date.I also tested at 4 weeks using Antibody blood test (Negative) at a local gov't county. Still have scary symptoms like reoccurring low grade fevers & fatigue for 4 weeks, swollen lymph nodes which are gradually disappearing. My WBC was 2.51 on Jan 13 and 5 days later it was 3.8. I feel I am HIV positive and have been advised to retest after 3 months. Can her negative results be faulty at 4 weeks or  are both our results a good indication... Thanks in advance

A 4th gen at 4 weeks is virtually conclusive.
The CDC recommends a final AB test at 84 days " to be sure" as they put it.
You have excellent reason to expect a negative at 3 months.
Test results trump symptoms.
Your test was a little early, but a very good indication.
But if she is neg based on her test she can't possibly infect you.
Don't neglect to test for other possibilities for not feeling well because you're so HIV focused.
