I am a bit surprised that the reports doesn't say which obtuse marginal vessel is restricted. I'm not sure if they will recommend bypass for just 2 localised blockages. I had my Obtuse Marginal 1 stented in 2007 and it's still open. I know from experience that when this vessel gets blocked, you get some nasty angina symptoms on exertion.

Are you experiencing angina?  I had a similar condition that led to bypass surgery, as I experienced daily angina.  The work Ostial refers to a blockage at the junction of a major branch, and generally it is very difficult to put a stent at that location.  As the doctor reports a lot now depends on what your doctor suggests.
In my case, attempts to stent the blockages weren't successful leading to bypass, but I have a long history of blockages and heart disease, and bypass surgery certainly has given me a new lease on life.

These results indicate that you have at least two vessels with severe disease, but the next step depends on what your doctor recommends to you.  This may depend on your symptoms, stress test results, etc.  You should ask your cardiologist what he/she recommends at this point.
