Regarding ARVC, im a 25 year old, fit and healthy male. I do sometimes feel ectopic beats during rest periods or sometimes even during or shortly after exercising. This triggered a chain of events which went in order of a resting ECG followed by an ECHOCARDIOGRAM, then came a HOLTER monitor for 24 hours and finally a TREADMILL test.
All of the above revealed the occasional PVC and more frequently premature atrial contractions.
Since reading up on ectopic beats during exercise for my age group, i stumbled across ARVC among other conditions. The other conditions are more recognizable (in my opinion) and tend to be present by the late teens. ARVC to my understanding is different, and shows a display from age 20 on wards. I know it can be hard to detect if no dilation is present of the right ventricle.
My worry is that i may have some clinically undetectable strain of the condition, due to 2 things that i feel are alarming on my ECG. There is a slight notch in v1 on the s wave, among a couple of other things.
