Hello, I also have a low ejection fraction (10%) and had my condition improved (in addition to having a CRT-D + the usual Meds) by the inclusion of Ivabradine (Servier) as I was in Sinus Rhythm and had a resting heart rate above 80 bpm. At that time ( 2012) I was in poor shape and going downhill fast. Still here two years later and enjoying the life I still have. This medication has brought my heart rate down to 60 bpm.
