Daughter has recently been dx with Aortic Valve Sclerosis. My question is.
My daughter was born with a congential heart defect. They said shd wouldnt live past 2 weeks but i belive in GOD and PRAYER. she is 23 years old. What is the Treatment' life expectancy, and what to expect
Do they have adult congenital cardiac specialists there?

What did they do about her aorta back then? Stent it?

Until I moved I was under papworth hospital and also Addenbrookes hospital in Cambridgeshire.
Yes, we have been with the same cardiologist for 22 years then he retired and has turned us over to another one. So yes
I was born 68 years ago with congential heart defect I was 3 months prem.you don't say what else your daughter has wrong with her.i have a kidney function test 3 times a year I have ECG`s when they tell me I need them I spent most of my formative years going to hospital for blood test and ECG`s would love to hear about your daughter and how she is getting on.
