ECG Analysis report

Yesterday I went for ECG and have my report with me.

Report having the following:

Vent. Rate(BPM): 88

PR Int.(ms): 155
P/QRS/T Int.(ms): 117 112 165
QT/QTc Int.(ms): 340 412
P/QTS/T Axis(Deg): 17 77 28
RV1/SV5 Amp.(mV): 0.02 0.38
RV5/SV1 Amp.(mV): 1.27 0.70

ECG Analysis Result:

800 Normal Sinus Rhythm
506 Incomplete Right Bundle Branch Block
602 ST Abnormality

**** Undefine Abnormal ECG *****

Can someone explain me the overall status? Is anything need to be worry?
No one in my family have heart related problems. Just I consulted doctor for the swelling in my foot joint, he suggested for ECG.

An abnormal EKG requires further evidence.  It is tool for diagnosis with other tests, clinical evidence and symptoms

Normally the ST segment on an EKG usually appears as a straight line but elevated or lowered ST segments may mean the heart muscle is damaged or not receiving enough blood.  Elevated st segments may result from poor circulation through the coronary arteries thus causing insufficient amount of blood reaching the heart muscle. Worst case scenario.

In RBBB,  the interventricular septum (wall separating left and right chambers) is activated normally, and the electrical impulses travel rapidly down the left bundle branch to activate the right  ventricle. But because the right bundle branch is blocked, the impulse then must cross the interventricular septum to activate the right ventricle after a short delay.
Can cause skipped beats, etc. Not an uncommon event and considered harmless, but can be serious depending on circumstances.

A blocked right bundle branch is the most common defect in ventricular conduction. You'll see RBBB more often than left bundle-branch block (LBBB) in patients without structural heart defects; RBBB also often occurs, without any apparent cause, in apparently normal hearts. This type of BBB can be acute or chronic. Treatment is directed at the cause of the conduction defect, which can include heart attack (MI) or ischemia (lack of blood flow) , heart failure, pulmonary embolism, or valvular disease. Worst case scenarios.

Your doctor may want to do a stress test to see if there is any vessel blockage, an echo can determine if there is any abnormality of the septum.
