Echo cardiogram

Any specialists on here in regards to echo cardiograms?

Are there multiple ways to measure the systolic function of the RV?

I see TAPSE and/or RVFAC as options.

No, the gold standard is a cath.  Via fick maneuver.

Catheterization? I was thinking lowest risk. I'm presuming then mri would be the best bet at this day and age .
