Escilopram stops my pvcs

I have been having what i think its pvcs or sinus pauses for 1 year now without any break i feel pauses that felt lasting long, make me feel drowsy and nauses sometimes pauses which are so close to each other like a pause and then after short time like 0.5 s another pause  double pauses inverse to double beats like my heart is getting out of electricity note i dont get double beats anymore only pauses,    but i have found taking escilopram stoping them whenever i take it

I have pacs has been recorded a few times

My biggest worry is they used to come a few here and there, now when they come they stay from 2-10 hours straight and are every other heart beat

Do yas do that, had them checked at hospital said just pacs no worries but it is a worry when it's your heart

I have also found that taking meds in this class (SSRIs) can greatly reduce anxiety about PVCs, as well as one's awareness of them.  With continued use, for me the actual number tends to decrease.
