HIGH Sensitivity Tropi levels help.

I left the er the other night after a nurse kept trying to argue I got so hot and just couldn't take it. I shouldn't of left but couldn't handle how horrible I was feeling and the stress of the lady at the same time. I was able to log in and see results of a blood draw and woundering about one that says Tropi High Sensitivity 11 Ng/L.  It's marked as high but woundering what it means or could mean and weather I should have a walk in clinic re check the levels? Is that an okay reading or should I be worried.
