All my medical tests came out clear (x-ray, CT scans, blood work, ECG and Echocardiogram) However my holter monitor results showed that I have tachycardia 110-142 bpm when standing and walking which brought upon other symptoms
(I really thought it was POTS - Postural tachycardia syndrome because my symptoms and episodes match well with it but my cardiologist said no because I tolerated the stress test well even those I collapsed at the end because of dizziness) and rare spikes of supraventricular tachycardia. My cardiologist thinks it because of my sinusitis (completely blocked sinuses) and nasal polyps.
It hard to walk or stand without shortness of breath, chest heaviness and feeling faint but my cardiologist thinks it might also be because I am over weight...but it’s never happened before. It came out of the blue. I was very active before this tachycardia issue started. Is it really because of my sinuses (caused blocked nose and nasal congestion)?
