I have heart arrhythmias and think I may have passed out, scared.

Hello everyone, I am a 35 year old female diagnosed with 3 different heart arrhythmias when I was 21 years old (SVT, PVCS and holter has caught non sustained V Tach). I was on beta blockers, have tried anti arthymics and have had an EP study hoping for ablation but they weren't able to provoke arrythmia long enough to map. I went off the meds and just have basically gotten used to the things my heart does. I obsessed over it for a very long time and developed health anxiety and panic attacks because so many drs blew me off. I for the most part have the health anxiety under control except for one I do have a legitimate health issue, my mind runs and I sometimes become convinced its something thats gonna kill me. I have actually been going through a little something here recently. I found a lump under my left breast (rib area) and thought I was gonna die from cancer even though the ER dr told me it was just a lipoma. I think I got freaked out mostly because a month and half prior to finding that lump I started getting really short of breath doing simple things. Anyways fast foward to 2 nights ago because I am really freaking out.

I dont know if I fell asleep or if I passed out. I know that sounds silly. I was laying on the couch watching TV with my husband and for a little bit I was nodding in and out of sleep because I only got about 2 or 3 hours of sleep the night before. I got up to go to the kitchen for water and after that I was wide awake. I dont know exactly what time it was just that it was after midnight my husband got up and told me he was going to bed, I told him I would be on my way shortly and thats the last thing I clearly remember other then the fact that I was laying down on the couch. I was dreaming and I know this because I can still recall the dream. In my dream towards the end I had to pee badly. I found a toilet and was getting ready to go but my body must knew I had to pee in real life because my eyes opened and I could feel the pressure. When I opened my eyes I noticed it was dark and the TV was in sleep mode but I was very confused and couldn't remember anything, I had a very uneasy feeling, my brain was really cloudy. After a few seconds I remembered my dream and felt the pressure that I had to pee so got up to walk to the bathroom. I was very unsteady, almost like I was walking sideways?? And I felt really really strange. Like I was in a fog, my whole body felt really strange almost like sleep paralysis except I could move perhaps. While on the toilet it felt like my legs were tingling. I finished and went to get up and again I was really unsteady. I walked back to the living room and sat down on the couch. I have never ever felt the way I felt this night. It was like I was there but I wasnt. I felt very uneasy and at this point down right afraid. I kinda felt like I was gonna pass out and I started to get really anxious. I went into my room and asked my husband to take me to the ER. I had this weird feeling the whole way and for some time after we arrived.

When I came to, I looked at my phone and it was 1:39am. I do not know how long I was out but it had to be more then 20 minutes because yesterday I timed how long it took for my TV to go into sleep mode after a show ended and I don't know how how much was left to the show when my husband got up for bed. It could have been ending right then for all I know but I do know it had to be at least 20 mins unless I don't even remember what was going on before I couldn't remember if that makes sense. The ER did nothing but take my BP and do a ct scan of my head even though I told them I didnt need one. My head wasnt hurting or anything like that. The dr was very short with me when he found out I was on pain meds and blamed everything on that, he even wrote my discharge papers that I had an adverse reaction to my pain meds. I explained that I have been on these meds for over 7 years but he wouldn't back off of it. We came home and I went to sleep. Here and there yesterday and today I have been feeling a little off. I have never fainted/passed out to my knowledge. I do rarley get a brief feeling like I am about to pass out but I don't and it passes in no more then a few brief seconds. I cant say I get dizzy when it happens its a very weird feeling to describe. Almost like someone shook my head real fast and I feel like its gonna go black and then it stops. I have been having mild chest pains for about 5 or 6 days now in my left rib area but I have been ignoring it because thats the area that lump I found is in so I thouht maybe it was in my head but its not the pain is further right toward the start/end of my ribs.

This is really bothering me and I am really scared. Has anyone ever had something like this happen to them?
