My brother is 50 Yrs old. He is normal,feels some chest pain during fast walking or upstairs.After Coronary Angiography diagnosis are DM2/HTN/TMT(+Ve)/LVEF-65%/CAG-TVD.Doctor advised CABG. Gist of reprot are-Dominance-Right,Left main-Normal,LAD-Proximal 80% lesion across D1 f/b defuse 50% calcified lesion up to mid portion,D1-Ostial 90% lesion,D2-Normal,LCX-Non-Dominant,proximal plaque present f/b50% lesion across major OM,OM1-Normal,OM2-Major OM proximal plaque present,RCA-Dominant diffuse calcification from proximal to mid f/b total occlusion of distal RCA,PDA-filling retrogradely through septal collaterals....Is CABG is the only treatment.Doctor says stenting is not possible.Is any other medical treatment. plz help.plz suggest any medicinal treatment to avoid CABG.
