Is there something wrong with my heart?

So, I'm only 19, dont smoke, dont drink, am not overweight but sometimes I get there small "attacks" ( for lack of a better word) where suddenly I have trouble breathing and my heart seems to get off beat. They usually last for a second or less and then immediately go away like nothing ever happened, no pain, no pressure. It has never happened during exercise nor was I stressed out. Whats wrong with me?
