clarifications

I have three questions
-A few weeks ago my 5 year old daughter was diagoned with situation mediated syncope(looks more like a seizure). no medications have been prescribed. The heart specialist wantted to see the frequency of the episodes and he suggested the Pace maker option. I am personaly not for a Pace Maker. I need to know if there are any young children who go through this and what other options are out there?
-ever since my preganacy. I have been light headed. Until recently,I experience the following symptomsmainly when I am stressed(lightheaded ,  hot flashes(just recently), sweats, chills, ringing in the ears, hard beating heart, occasional fogginess of mind, panic, anxiety ) more before my periods and I am not sure if it is a menopause symptom but I am only 36 years   and more over I started getting travel sickness when i fly( after my pregnancy ). I have never associated it with a syncope until I started looking into it for my daughter. I need some suggestion as to how to goabout, Do I just approach my GP or wait till I get the symptoms again??

Thirdly, are women  with syncope able to have children? if so will the babies have issues with syncope??
Please  help and clarify. thanks
