Movement causes bloating

I have a constant serious pain in my abdomen, and a problem of bloating.  any kind of body movement or vibration like riding in an auto, cause immediate bloating and distention.  Tried all the diets, supplements and anti acids. They put in a pacemaker because it was slowing my heart rate to a high of 50.  This bloating causes stomache, back, flank, chest pain and sometimes palpitations. I can't get much done and can't even ride in the car to get groceries anymore.  anyone with vibration caused bloating?  thanks

Thank you both so much for your replies every in put helps.
I had a partial hysto in 83 and everyting else gone with cancer in 98.  I did consider those problems but beings everything is gone had to rule that out. I have had a cyst behind my uterus and hard activity mad it leak,  that felt alot like this. Could it be possible that there is one of the those type of cysts anyway - but guess that would show up in ct.  I don't think I made it clear that the diagnosis of allergies, IC and asthma were all misdiagnosis.  Has anyone had a barium done? wil it show any thing?
any suggestion on getting someone to take it serious enough to do something? Mayber I am saying the wrong things or something. Have a great day and thanks again

I had to take a look at your profile to see your gender. You are female so another thing to consider is ovarian problems. Not sure if you still have all your parts but if so, please have the ovaries checked.

I was 4 years post menopausal when I started having strange bloating, abdominal discomfort and odd ache down the left thigh. Nothing extreme but annoying. I thought it was related to my age (old bowels slowing down) or related to my wacky heart. I ignored it till it was time for my next pap. She checked me and sent me right over to a gynecologist who then started talking surgery and having an oncologist on hand. Shoot! What happened? I went from old lady constipation to oncology? Turned out they had to remove a 10 cm cyst (plus the ovary and tube) from my left side. Fortunately it was benign. But ovarian issues can be sneaky and doctors may dismiss the symptoms as bowel issues. Please ask/demand to have this checked (if you still have your ovaries).

I am not sure if Ascitis (liquid in the abdomen) will show up in the CT. For sure it should appear on a MRI or echo, and I guest that can give you that feeling.

Thank you for the post.
I do believe it is a digestive order -now- the insurance red tape has kept me waiting for 4 1/2 months. I am scheduled to see a specialist at the UCI on the 14th for a consultation.  I am now weak and can not stay on my feet for over 30 - 45 mins then have to rest to reduce pain, distention and trouble breathing.  Went to ER about a month ago - they said CT showed no bowel blockage, here is a pain shot , go home.  My dr has no hosp priveleges and there fore can't admit me.  Went to GI - he said "Oh, You can't be in that much pain. You have IBS (I have no changes in bowel habits) do this diet and see me in 6 weeks.  that was in Jan. MY primary decieded not to send me back to him.  I am worried red tape is killing me probably not as I look back I have had episodes of this since my colorectal cancer surgery in 98. Been treated for Allergies - asthma, IC, declining kidney and liver function and the pacemaker.  No problem with heart -  it is caused by body movement or vibration. Apprecitat any other infor or ideas. Any ideas in getting tne medical profession to actually pay attention and do something.

I beleive you may have a digestive disorder.  Although the heart can cause digestive problems with a low cardiac output, but then there should be other symptoms associated with a low cardiac output.  Have you considered talking to a doctor regarding a digestive disorder? Bloating and/or distention of the digestive system can be due to some blockage of the bowels or some other part of the digestive system.
