Echo test results with CAD impression

Hi,
I have done echo test for my relative and observed following results. I could not get much information about results. Here are the echo test findings.

1) Coronary Artery Disease
2) Regional wall motion abnormality
3) Adequate Left Ventricular Systolic function
4) Grade 1 Left Ventricular Diastolic dysfunction
5) Left Artium, Right Artium Size normal

Is this normal? or anything to be taken care.

An echo test can not "see" coronary artery disease, but it can detect the effects of it.
The report states that there is an indication of coronary artery disease.
Further tests (an angiogram) can shed light on the extent of it. You should discuss further steps with the cardiologist.
