stress echo, and hyperdynamic heart

Hi everyone, I am reading my stress echo results from last weeks test. My stress echo reads everything normal, i have no abmormalities found. My hearts walls are normal and my EF is 60-65 percent. My resting Ecg did find non- specific st abnormalities. Post exercise echo saw some hyperdynamic response on all segments. Does anyone in here have an idea of whats going on with my heart? i am symptomatic, iam short of breath all the time, like i cant get air in my lungs. i also get very dizzy and i have 24 h headaches. i also have chest pain and back pain, with leg pain (calves and heels are very painful). I am always tired and and i always feel like i have to sleep.. Can anyone tell me why my heart is hyperdynamic, is this something i need to have my doctor folow up on?

You should ask your doctor what is meant by a "hyperdynamic heart response?

It seems reasonable to speculate that "hyperdynamic heart's" meaning after a stress test refers to the monitored heart rate and time to recover. I have read a post where an individual's heart rate dropped after the test and then abnormally rose a short time later...that would be a "hyperdynamic heart".  Or a heart rate is unusually fast during the resting phase, etc.

Thanks for your response.  Hope the information helps and provides some information for you in consulation with your doctor.  Take care,

Ken

To say hyperdynamic heart can have many different interpretations. It is possible it refers to be a hyperdynamic heart with stress (exercise) as the heart is exceeding the upper range of the EF range (normal is 50 to 70%).  A hyperdynamic heart at rest after exercise can be a heart rate that exceeds the normal pattern to return to a normal heart rate.  Need more information!!

I might be wrong, but what I think: Nothing wrong with your heart.
It is like if somebody doesn’t have that or that illness, but he has “look a  like symptoms.
Heart healthy but  still has pain if under stress. Or normal mind, but start jelling if somebody very annoying….and on and on….
This is why I asked you about caffeine, alcohol, etc other drugs for example….also your might need alignment on your Assemblage Point. That a pretty alternative idea for some doctor, so I wont go in to here, but can highly recommend for you to Google it for  more info.
Great to have good doctors, but we must also be our own doctor, because we know the best our own life and body, nobody else.

I understand that the doctors try to see a hyperdynamic respons after stress echo and its normal, they want to see this because it mean the heart respons well to exercise? am i right or wrong? Or is it something thats not normal and does it mean my heart is working way to hard? Iam confused what Hyperdynamic respons on all four segments post stress echo means? If anyone know please explaine it in details to me thanks...

Post exercise echo saw *some hyperdynamic response* on all segments.

It doesnt mean your heart is completly hyperdinamic. Are you a drinker? Or drink lots of caffeine?  I suggest to you to meditate, or concentrate on what can calm your heart down.
You also should have your thyroid tested.

Best!
