I would not worry to much about the 3.9cm. An uncertainty of 2-3mm is normal in echo measurements. Mine was also measured 3.9cm and half a year later it was 3.8! Also 3.9 is only slightly above normal (<3.7 is normal).
You could have it checked in 1 or 2 years to see how it develops.
A "mildly sclerotic" valve does not sound very serious to me either.
Further, there is not much you can do against the dilation as well as the "mildly sclerotic" valve. These things happen when you get older.
