WHAT IT MAY BE?

It may not be anything at all. Just curious and wonder if im the only one. Every now and then I have a certain feeling in my chest but don't quite know how to describe it. I can try by saying that it feels some what like a pinch. Yes like someone would be pinching me but a long pinch that would last several minutes and again its on the middle of my chest but more towards the left. Have any ideas? It maybe just be othing to worry about, just though i'd ask, thank you.

Hmmm thats a good question, I will pay attention of whats going on next time it occurs. It almost feels as if a lighter was lit on my chest but not like up in flames like a heartburn. I know it's not that, i've had many heartburns in my life. Thanks for responding kenkeith.

It doesn't appear to be any significant heart problem.  It is likely to be a spasm of muscle or nerve. It could be an innocent heart spasm as well...it lasts several minutes?  Is there an identifiable frequency to episodes or specific activities involved?
