pvcs after eating

Hi guys,
I'm a 43 year old woman with pvcs after eating.  This came on very suddenly about a month ago and was really freaking me out. I run three miles a day and am in generally good health.  Couldn't for the life of me figure this out. Then it suddenly occurred to me that I might have a hiatus hernia, a common and largely benign condition.  So when I get them after I eat,  here is what I do: I raise myself up on my toes and then drop back hard in my heels about a dozen times.  Within minutes,  the pvcs stop. The movement puts your stomach back where it belongs and it stops aggravating the vagus nerve. Try this.  It just might give you relief and peace of mind!
