You're welcome. Thanks for your response.
A vessel occlusion is almost always related to a plaque bulid up and cannot be reversed, but vessels can be stented or bypassed. Medication can relax the vessels in question and as a result there can be adequate blood flow to the area deficit of good blood flow and no need to go any further.
There has been some undocumented opinions that claim the mediation for cholesterol, etc. can reverse cholesterol blockage/stenosis, but a heart healthy diet, exercise, moderate lifestyle, etc. can stop or slow the process.
The seriousness would depend on your symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, etc. and degree of blockage, number of blockages, location, etc. Sometimes there is unsatifactory response to medication and the condition requires a stent, and if stent cannot
be implanted due to occluded location, size ,etc. then a bypass would be the treatment.
I have occluded vessels for years and effectively treated with mediation...I feel well and no side effects, etc.
Hope this helps, keep us posted on any further developments, etc. Regards.
Thanks for your reply

>>>>An EKG monitors the electrical impules as the test progresses. If the EKG output of the ST is greater than 2mm (-1.75), that could indicate mild ischemia. ST segment depression (horizontal or downsloping) is the most reliable indicator of exercise-induced ischaemia. •Horizontal ST segment depression of less than 2 mm (-1.73). Although you haven't stated it, it appears the test was terminated due to abnormal ST. Induced ischemia indicates some vessel occlusion(s).
Thanks for your question, and if you have any followup questions you are welcome to respond. Take care.
one more input on the above the exercise was stopped after 7.7mets due to target heart rate achieved
