That's my shortness of breath and dizziness, who led me to go see a cardiologist, my family practician kept telling me, its your nerves, I had a treadmill test with cardiolite done last Thursday, who came back abnormal. now my symptoms are worst with excertion, well really only with excertion..

yes but obviously there are other factors to consider. Such as, does shortness of breath, squeezing, dizziness, back pains occur during exertion?? Do they then fade away if you sit down and relax?
Imagine your heart as being a pulled leg muscle. The more you walk on it, the more problems you will get. If you sit down and relax, you think AAAHHHH thats better.
If you have all those symptoms at rest and they do not worsen with exertion, then I would look for other reasons. Reasons such as anxiety or trapped nerves.
