is it a heart desease or I am going mad ?

its been a year since this has started, I started expiriencing the feeling when you go down a roller coaster and I started to panic I felt I am not getting enough breath and started breathing heavily my eyes felt sore and heart started racing. it stopped for a while but suddenly few months later I began to fall ill I became weak my back felt weak my veins on the side of my head started to pain and pump fast I started feeling like my heart will come out of my mouth and couldn't workout anymore i started to burp lots of air out of my stomach frequently and felt like I will collapse any moment.
I couldn't workout anymore because of the weakness and pumping heart, my sleep pattern changed I couldn't sleep at night and would be awake till afternoon until my brain would finally give up and allow me to fall asleep its not that I wouldn't be tired at night but it was impossibe for me to fall asleep. I have been feeling this since a year now but it's getting worst day by day no matter how much I try I feel worst my brain and my ears feel numb now and I feel I have no heart anymore and sometimes I feel my heart is beating way faster sometimes my pulse is 80 and sometimes it is 115 resting.
I have been feeling everything around me is a movie and m panicking I don't feel real anymore like I am someone else seeing through the eyes of this body.
my whole body veins pain and my muscles feel sore even though I am not working out what is wrong with me?...

I'm sorry but you are mad. LOL  There are so many reasons for heart rhythm issues. My reasons for tachycardia (above 100) were hyperthyroidism and magnesium deficiency.

Causes of tachycardia include high blood pressure; poor blood supply to the heart muscle due to coronary artery disease (atherosclerosis), heart valve disease, heart failure, heart muscle disease (cardiomyopathy), tumours, or infections; other medical conditions such as thyroid disease, certain lung diseases, electrolyte imbalance, alcohol or drug abuse; emotional stress or drinking large amounts of alcoholic or caffeinated beverages.
