EKG results

I just went for a regular checkup. My doc took an ekg since I have been having some occasional palpitations that I mentioned to him. Following were the results ---

Ventricular Rate 114 BPM
Atrial Rate 114 BPM
P-R Interval 118 ms
QRS Duration 78 ms
Q-T Interval 338 ms
QTC Calculation(Bezet) 465 ms
P Axis 60 degrees
R Axis 39 degrees
T Axis 23 degrees
Diagnosis Sinus tachycardia
Diagnosis Biatrial enlargement
Diagnosis Abnormal ECG

I am worried about it since then.. my doc recommended that I exercise frequently and it wasn't something to worry about too much since my blood work and BP were normal. He has been a pretty good doc thus far. My pluse was 138 (I am usually scared during checkups) Also I have gained some extra pounds in the last few yrs, and my lifestyle hasn't been active as against I used to be prior to that. I have been trying to bring about a lifestyle change since then... however I find myself worrying about the ekg which I am sure is not good for my heart. So I thought I'd post a note here to get few opinions.

Could some one please check out my ekg results and let me know if this is something I should be worried about? Also could an elevated heart beat due to anxiety have caused the abnormal results by any chance?

Additional note - My palps seem to have subsided since I started exercising. I exercise 45 mins on my treadmill at 3.7 mph with an incline and can do it without shortness of breath etc. I do notice some palpitations once in a while when under some sort of stress including worrying about my ekg once in a while :)

Any inputs will be highly appreciated. Thanks!!

The most common etiology is magnesium deficiency. This does NOT mean this is the cause of the tachycardia, however magnesium gluconate is available at health food stores without prescription, and in moderate doses thee are no contraindications, so you might give it a try.

Unless your blood pressure is taken at the time of the EKG, a proper opinion cannot be offered.
