AVNRT - Post Ablation Symptoms

I'll keep this question simple...

I had an RF ablation for AVNRT in late September.  For the most part, the healing process has been fine.  There are some days, however, when I have so many PACs that I border on going insane.  The problem is that they are frequent and forceful...not the light ones that we can all ignore, the ones that really thump.  These days of incessant PACs might be tracking with exercise - happening one to two days after a good run.

How long do post-ablation symptoms last?  A lot of us hear 4-6 weeks, but I'm hoping the period is longer because I want these days to fade away eventually.

Any insight is appreciated.

I had an ablation early in June for AVNRT and had only one burn. I had some of the same concerns and asked the same questions on this forum. I posted a question on got some responses you might be interested in on how long it takes for the heart to heal. It is: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Heart-Rhythm/After-cardiac-ablation--how-long-were-you-tired/show/1540120#post_701506

It is important to take it slow and let your heart heal. I'm 5 months post ablation and I feel like I'm almost where I was before my ablation. Hope this helps.

I am 5 months post Atrial flutter ablation and developed constant PACS that I never dealt with before. Its maddeing and I cant handle it. The drs brush me off and say don't worry about it ..its not dangerous...they obviously have never had to walk around feeling like a flip flopping fish lives in their chest.
