Well, I survived! :) I just got home a couple hours ago. I am still very weak  and just don't have the energy to  fill you in with all the details. When I have the energy I'll let you know everything.

Betty- you can do it! just get in the car Monday morning and think about how your life will be when this is all behind you:)

oh yea talking about gowns,the one i got was ridiculous!it was some kind of wrap around number with ties,it took dh ages to work out how it worked and then i had to put on the very fetching disposable panties lol!

By now, you've checked into your suite (OK, room) at your lovely accommodations (B&W).  I do hope you've been provided a beautiful gown for the event : )

They gave you RICE and CORN?  That's insane!!  A set of chopsticks and you would have starved!  I'm glad you got the last laugh ...LOL.  Great story!

Thank you all for all the wonderful and positive vibes. I just came back from Cape Cod yesterday having spent some quality time with my kids at the beach. I have to report to the Brigham and Woman's in 6 hours. I was told today that having the pacemaker I will not be out until at least sometime on Sat.

As soon as I get back home and am able to log in I will do so. I am going to try and get a couple hours sleep before I have to head on in.

Connie- I'm hoping for a turkey sandwich. After my 2nd procedure I was given a plate with chicken parm, rice pilaf and corn! So picture me laying flat on my back, this student nurse brings in the tray, uncovers the dish as she's sliding the tray to me, she proceeds to hand me a napkin and says "good luck" as she's half way out the door! I thought that this had to be a joke but i guess the joke was on her having to clean up the lovely mess that i made. :)
