Arrhythmias

Hi,

I'm a 29 year male. Recently I sensed that my heart beat is uneven at times and this uneven heart beat disturbs my day to day activities. For example, I'm over reacting to certain things during this problem, which I would not when normal.

Loking back to my 28 years of life, and recollecting situations where I did not react appropriately, I can see that uneven heart beat being the issue.

This disturbs my concentration levels and has a direct effect on my work.

I'm really worried. Please suggest me a way out.

Hi i read your post and agree with fluttermutters post....you need to see a doc just to rule out that nothing is really going on.  When we face stressful situations we get runs of adrenaline thru our bodies and it definately causes the heart to act up but its best to get in the see a doc to confirm that its nothing more than that.  It may be a situation that the doc will put you on some lite meds to calm things down or even just have you make lifestyle changes to calm this situation down with your heart acting up..good luck

Get a physical examination. Tell your doctor about your symptoms. If you've had this all your life, chances are it's absolutely benign, but it will put your mind at ease to have had it lokked into.
