Athlete Needing Holter Interpretation

I am 34yr old F, 135lb multi sport athlete with near syncope episodes. 24 hr holter showed 3 single pvc's, 8 atrial couples, 12 single PAC's.  longest rr interval was 1.4, and longest nn interval was 1.4 also.  average hr was 70, with min at 47, and max at 122 (no exercise happened during holter).  what are the norms for pvc's and pac's ?? is this normal?

Those are considered "rare" events, that is they happen rarely. On a typical day I have 1-5 PVC's/PAC's per minute and that's not considered excessive. Some people have over 20,000 a day. How tedious and annoying is that?

The question is - did you have any near syncope episodes while you were wearing the monitor? If not, then you probably didn't catch the arrhythmia if indeed that's what's causing the problem. It may be a blood pressure issue. Certainly they'll have to figure it out at some point.
