DD gives good input, I agree.
The brady is just the general name for a slow HR, and that is what the 32 bpm was. I don't recall the definition but think Bradycardia is defined as a HR below 50 bpm, and normal resting HR is 60 to 100 bpm. Many people who are athletic or simply have strong cardiovascular systems have a resting HR in the 50 to 60 range.
I have had two long term heat monitor sessions and I have never seen the details.. my cardiologist and the EP simply said I have permanent atrial fibrillation and nothing else. That now seems to me there is a possibility I had some PAC, PVC and other short runs that they say no reason to mention.
I had a Holter a month or so ago and I had 2 pauses on it, the longest 2.8 seconds. The PA said they don't worry until they are 5 seconds long. I think we probably have these things all the time, i.e., in our sleep, and we don't realize it. If you are fainting with them, that might be another matter. I think if there was a concern they would have told you. They are aware of it, so if you trust your doctor, I would not worry. Good luck.
