As you can see there, the actual read out said i had a couplet of PVC's and no triplets. But it said i had a 3 beat run of AIVR. However, the notes from the person reading the holter state i had a PVC triplet.
Could the triplet have masked itself as a short AIVR run instead of pinging as a triplet?
Quick backstory, 10 years ago, my last holter was 24h and said i had 6600 pvc's in a day with no 2's or 3's in a row after starting a high dose of verapamil. Eventually the skips almost completely went away. Now, 10 years later, i had a 48h holter and it only caught 13 total pvc's in two days, but a couplet and triplet. neat?
I also had a stress test and ultrasound, both were normal.
