Will my PVCs ever go away again!? Please help!

I will try and keep this short and sweet.

20 year old female. Clean medical record except for anxiety. I've had PVCs on and off all my life since 9. But the thing is before December they'd come VERY rarely. I'm talking one night out of 2 years would I get maybe 10-15. They didn't bother me back then because they always went away! I talked to my dad and he has them pretty bad and always told me don't worry you'll be okay! Jump forward to this past December. I had SEVERE anxiety. Panic attacks left and right. Lost 35 lbs in total and was too scared to even shower I was so scared for my heart. (For no good reason back then). Well... About one week later after the onset of my severe anxiety, here came PVCs! In abundance! Scared the **** out of me because they wouldn't go away(had hundreds a day) , and they always had! My dad assured my I was fine and miraculously that was enough back then to get me to shut up and my PVCs went away for a couple months! Don't know how or why... But they did. My anxiety was still high but a lot better. Well... I started to get them again early spring (not bad at all like at most 20 a day) so I decided to go to my doc and get checked out. Normal ekg they only found 13 PVCs and my blood work was normal, x Ray normal( still waiting on my echo ) . Well they went away again for a couple weeks maybe even a month. Now.... I'm suffering through a month of these stupid PVCs . Not a day break. I get 50-250 a day and today I might break that 250 cause I'm already at about 100. I'm desperately wondering if they'll ever just... Leave me alone for a while again. I'm at my wits end. I never had issues like this before....

I know they are distracting and uncomfortable but the worst thing you can do is hyper focus on them.  Try to refrain from counting them.  It isn't until you reach well over 10,00 or even 20,00 that doctors get concerned.  I try to just see them as extra heart beats.  Your heart can handle it just fine.  Anxiety is a big trigger but not the only one.  Caffeine, sugar and carbohydrates, chocolate and spicy foods.  Anything that causes acid reflux and eating meals that are too large.  Becoming dehydrated as well and working out without having eaten or not doing a proper warm up and cool down.  Your heart has been evaluated to be healthy.  I know it is hard to not obsess over them so maybe consider speaking with a therapist for a few sessions to learn how to redirect your thoughts away from your heart.  The less attention you give the premature beats the less power they will have at hijacking your life and happiness.  You are not in danger if your heart is healthy.  Maintain a heart healthy lifestyle and odds are you will die peacefully in your sleep of old age.  Take care.
