Sudden onset extremely frequent PVC's in a 24 year old female.... help

I'm a 24 year old female, 5'6, 170lbs (I've gained 20lbs past 2 years) and I have a 4 year old child. A little background.... I've always had little heart palpitations here and there.... usually one a day MAXIMUM. I do have anxiety but it's been fairly under control and I do not believe anxietiy caused it because I was actually very at ease when it began and I just "know" my body and my anxiety. Basically about 1 week ago I started randomly having what feels like hundreds of PVC's a day. I went to the walk in clinic where the EKG that they had on my chest for 1 min found nothing so I went into the ER and while I was there I started getting them BAD and they immediately hooked me up and monitored me for a few hours and confirmed I was having PVC's. They tested my blood and everything was fine and my magnesium and all that was fine and the chest x-ray they did was totally fine. They recommend I follow up with my cardiologist for a full thyroid blood panel and a stress test which the appointment is set for. A little more background..... my stress level at home definitely isn't great but nothing has changed or gotten worse, basically it's been the same for years, there was no high stress or high anxiety event leading up to this. My sleep is the same, not awesome but not bad and it's been the same, no change. My eating habits aren't perfect but I also don't binge on junk. I eat relatively normal. I just don't currently watch what I eat. And also about 3 weeks ago I started a workout class that is 5 days a week for 45min. First 2 and a half weeks went great until the PVC's started. I made an attempt to go to the class anyone after googling that exercise can help PVC's but I was getting them really bad the entire time which in turn triggered my anxiety. So does anyone have any insight? What has this started happening so frequently all of a sudden.

I really can't answer as to what might be causing your PVCs, that is something that most of us have never been able to figure out.  There are some known triggers, like stress, caffeine and for lots of people, me included, upset stomach. Even though I have been having them for over 40 years, I couldn't tell you what caused them.
I had a similar episode a couple of years ago, when the # of PVCs I was having increased dramatically.  I went from a few every hour or so, to having close to 10,000 a day.  It lasted for about a year and finally started to get back to normal baseline. I have no idea why.  And I guess they could start back up at any time, they seem to have a mind of their own.
The best advice I can give you, is to follow up with the cardiologist.  Chances are good, he will find nothing wrong with your heart.  At that point, if you can, just accept that they are there and relatively harmless and determine you are going to get on with your life without worrying about them excessively.  I ended up having to go to therapy for a bit to get control of my anxiety and it did help. Don't let it control your life.  Just be sure to follow up with cardiology to be sure all is well.
