Discomfort associated with PVCs

I have had PVCs for over 5 years now, and although they are unpleasant, I have been dealing with them as best as possible, and my medication helps control the intensity of them. That said, they have been getting worse lately, and I have always seemed to feel a bit of discomfort in my heart area that is more intense with active PVCs. It almost feels like a pulled muscle, or a light strain of a muscle. Curious if anyone else has anything similar? In addition, the PVCs get substantially worse if I lay on my left side or apply pressure to my heart. I would love to hear any thoughts
