I had SVT on stage a few times too. (also a drummer) Usually it was quick to come and go, so it didn't interrupt the set.
Keep playing.
Hi Hamed!
I think you should see a doctor. He will rule out any normal and common cause for this; my first thought is that he will check your thyroids (as hyperthyroid can give exactly the symptoms you mention), your blood percent, and if you lack any essential vitamins or minerals.
It seems like you are really anxious and stressed, and if you get anxiety attacks during running, that may produce those symptoms too. Do not exercise to test yourself, exercise because it's fun. If you hate jogging, stop jogging and walk instead until you build up a good condition, then start running.
An EKG is also necessary, to see if there are any electrical malfunctions in your heart, but that's unlikely. Don't be afraid that your doc will give you mundane answers, he's a professional. If you don't like your doctor, choose another one.
Of course you should try to avoid cigarette smoke, but it can't have that much of an impact unless you are actually smoking.
Take care, and see your doctor. Good luck with your girlfriend too :)
