Yes, can relate! I can tell you for sure that anxiety and fear make PVCs worse. Mine get worse the more I worry about them. That's why once you are in the ER, they seem to go away or get better. It's hard to control fear, but you have to try. I suffer from anxiety over my heart arrythmia, too, at times, even though I've had them for 40 years. They are unsettling, but you have to try to ignore them and reassure yourself that they will not cause you to die. That would be super, super rare. Not to offend you, I hope, but God says to cast all your fears and anxieties on Him because He cares for you. Ask him for the ability to stay calm, and follow up with a cardiologist for regular checks and test. I am on Acebutolol, a beta blocker, which has really helped get rid of most of the PVCs. Ask you doc about it. God bless.
