Strange beats when waking up?

Ok so I have had all the usual heart workups in the last year.  I am a 27yr old female.  I have only been diagnosed with PACs and sinus arrythmia.
Sometimes upon waking or stretching, I feel beats that feel like  beat..beat...........beat..beat.........beat and then it will go back to normal.  Are these just PACs or is my heart really pausing too long?  Im a little worried.  I do not get dizzy or anything it is just scary thinking your heart could stop at any moment.
Thank you in advance for your comments!

Brooke's have a rough go of it lately, so she hasn't been around much.

What you describe sounds like bigeminal PACs or PVCs.  No biggie.  (Though I know it doesn't feel that way!)

No it only lasts for a few seconds.

Is Brooke still around?

Hi...I have the same problem in the morning as well. It is because all the adrenaline in ur body is more active in the morning. Also your blood is alot thicker in the morning as well and ur heart is just waking up too kind of. I kno exactly what ur talking about...when i stretch i get the same feeling, for me what helps is that i drink alot of water. The first thing when i wake up is i drink about 2 glasses of water constantly and of course i keep my self well hydrated through out the day. let me know how u r feeling and if u find any other way which helps u, let me kno too.
