There could be many causes for this including something as simple as a dream reaction. If you are female, the normal heart rate would be 82 bpm, not 72bpm. You may be a non caffeine drinker but many things contain caffeine that we don't even think about as we move through our day. eat a doughnut with chocolate icing on it for example. One thing that IS important for a doctor to know is whether or not that fast heart rate starts and stops on a dime, that IS important because when that happens it usually is caused by the electrical impulse is jumping from one electrical tract onto another completely separate tract. A rate of 80 to 105 under most circumstances is not really a problem, but it is always a wise thing to do is check with your doctor as he knows you and your medical history.
I am responding to my own question:-
I asked the computer this question: Q: can fluticasone increase heart rate. The following was a link which was very interesting. Check it out.
A: https://www.ehealthme.com/ds/fluticasone-propionate/heart-rate-increased/
Since reading the information, I have stopped using the nose spray. It may take awhile, but I'll see if that was causing my heartbeat concern..
