HIGH BP

I AM 41 YEARS OLD . MY BP IS 160/110 WITH HEART BEAT OF 88

The blood pressure is too high, treatment, as advised by "dave1726", sounds right to me.  The heart rate if a resting HR is high too but may not need treatment by itself.  If a beta blocker is used to lower the BP, it will most likely also lower the HR.  As already noted, a heart healthy diet and exercise program may be all that is needed - see a doctor to decide the best course of corrective action.

  Are you asking if that is high? It is. I would consider seeing a doctor about possibly getting on a medicine to control that as well as making appropriate dietary and exercise changes after consulting with a physician.
