Heart Rhythm

Whilst in hospital for something else it was found i had an irregular heart beat...Subsequently i had a 24 hour
tape with a complicated analysis of heart beat etc ect...Finaly stating  "Ventricular ectopic beats on ECG", & I
have been put on beta blockers...What are the implications of this? & how would I descripe it to a Travel insurance
company,what would i call the my condition?? I am 80 yrs,& quite fit & healthy apart from the aformentioned

What people sometimes forget to tell you is that PVC's, or strings of PVC's can be the result of other issues.  Once being fully checked out for ischemia and other issues, PVC's coming from an unknown source are usually nothing to worry about. You should just touch base with your doctor.

Ventricular ectopics are not something I would think you need to disclose.   It's not a disease, just heart beat events.  Do you now how many were observed, are they constant or random?
