stop PVCs !

Yep. I have those horrid PVCs. Been through it all...for years. You know what stops mine? And its free with no side effects? WATER!! As soon as I feel one, or the start of one or 100, I guzzle half of a 12 to 16 oz. water bottle, Sometimes more but never a whole bottle. Too much water over a short period of time is NOT good. It has done wonders for me! I always have bottled water with me. Try it!! Please let me know if it works for you too! It must have something to do with the guzzeling and holding your breath while you guzzle, but it works for me! I hope it works for you too =)

try sparkling water or cold fizzy coke  - glug it down and do a big burp or more.....often works for me.
The colder the better - it can shock the system and helps too.

I drink water, too, when it happens.....but it only helps the dizziness that comes with mine, at times.  Otherwise, it's a free for all in my chest.  It's AMAZING that I am still alive....hahahahha

Thanks for your post!  PVCs can be influenced by vaso -vagal reponses like these.   There are others too like valsalva manuver.
