I would have to know a lot more about what you were doing to have any real understanding of your question.

That said, a HR of 75-85 isn't considered a high HR even at rest.  Of course, if you have a history of a resting HR of 60, then 75 plus with a feeling that the beat is also stronger may indicate a problem.  As is the case with most symptoms, if the symptom passes and doesn't return most of us just forget about it and go forward.  If the condition continues or repeats (think about any thing you can related the repeats to) it is time to discuss with a doctor and if the symptoms are severe a trip to ER should be considered.  I didn't read anything in your brief post that made me think "ER".

Good luck

Thanks. I was really tired last night and kept dozing off. This is the first time its happened, my cardio said it's nothing to worry about a few years ago.

But last night, before I took my meds, about 4 hours before it happened, I had steak with a red wine sauce.

Right after it happened, I had no other issues. I do have pvc's which my cardio is not concerned over and its controlled with verapamil
