Heart rate HIGH

hi im 16 and a male.....im laying down and my heart rate is a little to high...but when i get up and start moving (standing up and walking around) my heart rate increases really fast and im not really doing nothing thats supposed to make my heart beat go up...does anyone know what wrong with me....plus i can feel my heart beat in my abdomen..can anyone give me info please

See a doctor, yes always the best idea when you have troubling symptoms.

That said, there are no metrics (numbers) in your post.  Do you know what a "fast" rate is?  We all see (should see) an increase in our HR when we arise and begin to move about.  The faster we move, e.g., walking, to running, the faster the HR is, should be.  A young person in good physical condition may see a HR well over 150 when exercising.

The rule of thumb is the resting (really resting, not all emotionally excited or any thing more than sitting for the last 15 minutes) should be below 100, something around 60 would be much better in my mind.

Talk with your parents/guardians if you believe you are not well.  Perhaps your school has a nurse service you can see if you need outside the home help.

Kiddo when it comes to the heart I wouldn't be taking be taking advice on here that sounds to me like you need a doctor go immediately !!!... Hope all is well
