A couple of the best docs I have ever had were people who had themselves--completely unexpectedly--experienced the very things they were treating in others.
How nice it is when professionals are capable of learning!
Last summer this mysterious lump (rather large) appeared on my right forearm. What the heck!! I have no idea how it got there (when I first notice it). I'm about to leave for vacation in Colorado and I'm thinking this thing will bother me the entire time. So I quick go see my doc. It ends up being something called a lipoma, no biggie. He says can you remember getting hit there? hang on, yea, about a week ago I was playing with my dog and his k9 tooth hit there real hard (i had forgotten this). My doc then says "my wife has one on her ***, it's nothing". HAHAHA, haven't given it a second thought. I though dang Doc, the whole HIPAA thing?! lol empathy is powerful.
I have crossed paths with docs who have experienced arrhythmia, there is nothing like personal experience with this issue to expand your knowledge of it. Great article PAC person!
lol, the *** was another word for butt cheek.
