Pvc's and tightening of the diaphragm

Does anyone else notice a tightening of their diaphragm when they are having trouble with pvc's? Mine seems to tighten up when i'm having a not so good day. Am trying to decide if it's anxiety (one of my triggers) that's causing it or if the pvc's and the tightening are related to each other.

I get these daily, i thought i was the only one.  Have you found the cure?

yes, I think that is part of the anxiety that we get when they start up.  I also tend to hold my breath and keep my stomach tighter to try and ward them off.  Just makes them worse!  Hope your day gets better.  I've been feeling them all morning too!

It could be a combination of both. I, too, have very high anxiety, and when I am in that mode, I hold myself real tight and that is when I notice all kinds of icky symptoms.
