Irregular Heart Beat possibly caused by heart attack?

My grandma suffered a small heart attack/stroke and the doctor diagnosed her with an irregular heartbeat and possibly some valve leakage and put here on some pills. Im wondering if this issue will resolve itself or become an ongoing problem. Also she has a small lung cancer that has been suspected for a year now but was only confirmed recently and currently the doctor has put her on some capsules for this too. She is 75 and I was wondering which of these issues could be cured and if there is a better treatment method available. Thank you. If possible could a doctor answer this, thanks.

Valve regurgitation (leakage) can range from trivial to severe.  Depending on the significance of the regurg, your grandmother may, or may not require treatment.

Similar with irregular heartbeats - any idea what type of arrythmia?

Do you know what medication she is taking?

I'm sorry I can't offer any help on the lung cancer.  What has her doctor said?  What are the pills, and what are they for?  Any idea?
