No one can decide for you whether or not to have an ablation.  That really has to come from you.  You do seem to have a high load of them.  16,000 a day is a lot and I know when I was having that many I felt pretty sick.  How are you feeling with them?  Do you function OK otherwise?  In general most eps hold off doing ablations to around 20,000 a day but the amount you are having is a lot.  I guess there are a few lifestyle things you can try first to see if it helps lessen the amount.  Firstly avoid caffeine, sugar and carbohydrates.  Drink plenty of water to make sure you aren't dehydrated.  Avoid over stuffing yourself at meals and address any stomach related issues especially acid reflux. If you have a lot of stress and anxiety in your life work on reducing it and see if any of that helps lessen the amount of ectopic activity you are having.  If not then ablation may be the only way for you to find relief from the high load you are having.  Unfortunately ablations for pvcs and pacs aren't always successful and can cause further complications so just make sure the EP you have do it is one that has a lot of experience with ectopic ablations.  Other than that it is a matter of deciding for yourself if the risk is worth the reward.  If your life is severely compromised from all the ectopic activity you may want to consider the ablation, if not then maybe wait and see if things get better.  For some they spontaneous go away.  I wish you the best whatever you decide to do.  Take care and keep us posted on how you are doing.
