Heart? PVC? PAC? ???

For several years I have noticed times when it feels like my heart just stops for a sec, it just kinda takes my breath away. Then I its like my breath comes back along with tingling sensation in my arms up to head.. then its over. Lately- when this happens it makes me anxious bc it seems stronger- like it takes a little longer for everything to return back to normal. They gave me a heart monitor to wear- but it happens so few and far between that I doubt we will ever catch it. ONE night I did have hours of an "extra"beat every 3rd beat.. wish I would have went to ER to seen what it was- but I didnt feel it was an "emergency"- I was breathing- I felt ok- just this extra beat. I dont know if the two are related... that was my only experience with actually feeling an extra beat- like I said the others times.. it just stops me long enough to take my breath and freak me out. ANY ADVICE what I am experiencing??? Im pretty sure the extra beats was just that- PVCS/PACS.. but what about the heart/breathing sensation?? Is that what just 1 PVC feels like?? I have also been dizzy for several years- but DX with cervical dizziness and Vit D/ Folic Acid Def.

It is possible that these are premature beats and everybody experiences them in different ways.  Some people never realize they are having them while for some they are very aware and have described similar symptoms as you.  Hopefully you will be able to catch it on the monitor and figure it out!  I do like the cervical dizziness typo though!
